We bring people together through cold dips, woodland walks and free spirited gatherings that wake something inside you. Confidence. Courage. Joy. Connection.

We are Lou and Dan, two friends who love the outdoors, good people and the kind of experiences that make you feel alive. Disco Goat began as a tiny spark on a cold morning and it has grown into a movement. A place where women come to recharge, reset and feel free.

We bring a quiet layer of energetic training into everything we do.
We are both trained Feng Shui practitioners and Dan is also trained in Reiki and crystal energetics. It is never the focus, yet it shapes the way we design our gatherings with intention, grounding and a sense of meaning beneath the fun.

It is not about perfection.
It is about energy, adventure and heart.
And there is always room for more of that.
